- Takeaways Direct is an online service that allows you to quickly and easily browse menus, and order takeaway from your local restaurant online. No more waiting on hold, or miscommunications regarding your order.
- Do you accept online payments?
- At the current time payments must be made on delivery, we are looking into accepting online payment in the future.
- How does you process work?

- Enter your postcode and we will show all restaurants participating in our service that are local to you.
- Choose a restaurant.
- Pick your order.
- We will confirm receipt of your order via email.
- We will send your order to the restaurant and inform you when this has been done.
- You receive your order, and pay the driver.
- How long does it take to receive my order?
- Restaurants will receive the order within a few minutes of it being placed on our website. Delivery time may very depending on the specific takeaway which you placed an order with.
- I placed my order however have not yet received it
- After placing your order we will send you a confirmation email, we will then send another email confirming when your order has been sent to the restaurant. Assuming you have received both of these emails your order has left our system, and you should contact call the restaurant and followup with them directly.
- I made a mistake on my order, or would like to add to it
- Please contact the restaurant (phone number provided in your order confirmation email) and check if they are able to modify your order.
- I can not find my local restaurant, can you add it?
- We are always looking to add restaurants to our service, if you have a restaurant you would like us to add please email us their details and we will see if they are interested, or alternatively ask them to contact us.
- Do I need to register to use the service?
- Registration is not required, simply pick your order type in your address, contact details.
